The 2020 restored Carriage House from the 1865 T. C. Smith Historic Inn has three bedrooms, spacious living room with fireplace and 60in TV (sleeps 8+). A current updated kitchen with all new appliances including dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. Traditionally furnished throughout with all kitchen amenities for home cooking and serving a family. All bathroom amenities for the super sized walk in marble spa shower. Grill outside in a yard area for relaxation and food service. Private off street parking. All Dogs large and small accepted. At times a dog fee applies. Nightly rate of $400.00 plus cleaning fee of $150.00. Minimum stay of two nights. Concierge service for restaurants, beach, walking shopping, and boating. Visits for over 10 days discounted for the specific customer.
