built in 1865 as a private home, is today an elegant Bed & Breakfast Inn, located 2 blocks north of downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. For over 25 years, our family has been graciously opening our doors for all guests who seek to experience the luxurious warmth and ambiance of the Grand Victorian era. Each guest room features a fireplace and is decorated with fine 19th Century furnishings in keeping with the historical home.

The T.C. Smith Historic Inn Bed & Breakfast, noted for outstanding architectural, historical, and artistic significance, is the only landmark of its kind offering overnight accommodations in Lake Geneva.  The architecture is a fine example of pre-Civil War homes in Lake Geneva with the exterior blending elements of Greek Revival and Italianate in High Victorian style.

Luxurious amenities include the fabulously large private baths with spacious heated whirlpools, separate spa showers, massage systems and steam bath units along with many oversized towels, thick robes and custom made spa soaps, bath amenities and creams. Accomodations are fully appointed as you can expect in a luxurious hotel or inn plus our own fine touches as a surprise. Arrival can be as early as noon. This is really a great feature that allows you to have an extra afternoon to enjoy Lake Geneva on your first day of your visit. Each guest room has a large flat screen color TV, VCR, radio and an alarm clock in each of the rooms. A large video library of over 400 selections is available to all guests at no cost. In the morning enjoy the Inn's hot entree buffet-style breakfast with fresh coffees and teas served at your chosen time between the hours of 7:30 am and 10:30am. Each day you can choose from eight various fruit items, homemade pastries, coffeecake and breads, and at least one hot egg and meat entree. Menu changes are made for all types of vegetarians. Also, Breakfast in Bed is available to guests, on request.
